POLICIES
* All new clients please arrive 15 minutes early in order to fill out one-time paperwork.
* In compliance with COVID-19 guidelines all clients must arrive with a face mask and must come alone.
* Clients are allowed a 15-minute buffer to arrive late. After 15 minutes clients are considered "NO-SHOW" and will be allowed to reschedule.
* Clients are allowed 3 "NO-SHOW" chances. After the 3rd "NO-SHOW" you will no longer be accepted as a client.
* If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I must be notified NO LATER THEN 24 HOURS prior to the scheduled appointment.
- If you reschedule your non-refundable deposit will still be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
- If you cancel your appointment you will receive your deposit back.
** 50% of your service total will have to be paid as a non-refundable deposit prior to your appointment, in case of no-show. This will be reapplied to the service total upon completion**
